According to art. 52 of D. Lgs. 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree no. 21/2014, the Consumer (as defined in article 3 paragraph 1) may withdraw from the Conditions and therefore from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to state reasons and without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the products.

To exercise the right of withdrawal referred to in the previous article, the Consumer must send to F.lli Barile S.p.A. a communication to that effect, within the terms indicated, or to the following email address : info@caryna.it, or through the wizard by accessing the order in your account.
Once given notice as above, the Consumer will receive an authorization code, which must be reported on the package, and must return the products to F.lli Barile S.p.A. within 14 (fourteen) days from the withdrawal itself, to the following address:

The cost of the return shipment will be charged to the customer himself, who can use the courier preferred by himself.
In no case the right of withdrawal can be exercised by refusing the delivery of the order. Refusing a delivery does not give right to any refund.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In order for the Consumer to be entitled to a refund, the return must comply with the following conditions:
· The goods must be returned intact, possibly using the packaging with which it was delivered, or one of equal strength, sealed with adhesive tape on all openings.
· A label shall be affixed with the sender’s details, the shipping address and the authorisation code received. Alternatively, you can manually write the required data on the packaging using a permanent marker.
· The goods must be complete with all its parts and in the original packaging (envelopes, boxes, dustbags and packages), with the tags still attached, without the seal of guarantee has been removed F.lli Barile S.p.A.,
· All items must be returned together with their original box, where present, which is effectively considered an integral part of the product itself and must not have been in any way damaged and/or altered, and shall not be used as a single outer packaging.
· The right of withdrawal may apply to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the product purchased
(es.: accessories, parts, etc…);
· The shipment, until the certificate of receipt in the warehouse indicated by F.lli Barile S.p.A., is under the complete responsibility of the customer;
· In case of damage to the goods during transport, F.lli Barile S.p.A., will promptly inform the customer, to allow him to lodge a complaint against the courier chosen by him and obtain the corresponding refund;the product will then be made available to the customer, simultaneously cancelling the request for withdrawal;
· F.lli Barile S.p.A., will not be liable in any way for damage, theft, loss occurred during or in any case depending on the shipment for the return.
· Any gifts received for promotions or other must be returned when you decide to obtain a refund.
· It will not be possible to accept returns for customized or custom made items.
F.lli Barile S.p.A., will refund to the Consumer the full amount of the returned items, within 10 (ten) days from receipt of the withdrawal shipment, through the cancellation procedure of the amount charged, using the same means of payment used by the Consumer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. In case of payment by bank transfer, the customer must inform F.lli Barile S.p.A., the IBAN code to which to make the refund. In any case, the Consumer will not incur any costs as a result of such reimbursement. F.lli Barile S.p.A., may suspend the refund until receipt of the returned product or until the moment when the Consumer proves to have correctly returned the product.
In any case, the Consumer will forfeit the right of withdrawal in cases where F.lli Barile S.p.A., ascertains that:
- The return shipment has not been previously authorized by F.lli Barile S.p.A., through the communication of the code to be affixed on the package;
- The returned product and/or its accessories, and/or its packaging are not intact;
- The guarantee seal CARYNA has been removed or even only altered;
- The product is missing its outer packaging and/or the original inner packaging;
- The product is missing elements and/or accessories or parts.
In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, F.lli Barile S.p.A., will return the purchased product to the sender, charging the shipping costs and, if already refunded, the price of the product.
RETURNS FOR CONFORMITY DEFECTS
In compliance with the obligations deriving from D. Lgs 206/2005 concerning the lack of conformity, the Consumer may exercise his right in the following ways:
Send written communication to CARYNA s.r.l., to the address Email:info@fbarile.it within two months from the appearance of the defect attaching to the communication the copy of the purchase invoice or order confirmation. The period of validity for the warranty right is 24 months for final consumers only, while it is limited to one year for items not purchased by final consumers (companies/ professionals) as sanctioned by the Legislative Decree above.
Following the communication, the Consumer may receive a request for photographic documentation for an initial assessment.
The Consumer will receive a return authorization code that must be affixed to the package. The Consumer must send to F.lli Barile S.p.A. con socio unico ( S.V. Piscina dello Russo, 1 - 70038 TERLIZZI (BA) ITALIA ) the article presenting the defect, using a suitable packaging to protect its contents, sealing with adhesive tape all openings.
The package must have a label with the sender’s data, the shipping address and the authorization code received. Alternatively, you can manually write the required data using a permanent marker.
The costs for the return to CARYNA s.r.l. are borne by the Consumer, who may use a courier of his choice.
Once received the package, the procedure of verification of the defect will be activated, which may involve sending the article to the manufacturer for further verification and any repairs.
At the end of the verification procedure, in case a lack of conformity has been found, the customer will receive without charge the duly repaired item, or the replacement with a new item if available, or the refund of the paid price.
In case of refund will be issued a refund ticket code for the same value of the returned item, which can be offset by a subsequent order equal to or greater than the same refund ticket.
In the event that no lack of conformity is found, or the conditions of wear of the article make it impossible to determine whether or not it is a lack of conformity, the article will be returned to the sender without any charge.
