These general terms and sale’s conditions apply to any sale made by the company F.lli Barile S.p.A. con socio unico ( S.V. Piscina dello Russo, 1 - 70038 TERLIZZI (BA) ITALIA ).

1) Acceptance of the general conditions of sale.
1.1) The contract between CARYNA and the Customer shall be deemed to be concluded with the acceptance, even partial, of the order by CARYNA in the manner described in points 2.2, 3.1, 3.2. . 2) How to purchase:

2.2) This confirmation message will contain the Date and Time of execution of the order and a 'Customer Order Number', to be used in any further communication. 5 Delivery terms:

Refunds of orders whose chosen method of payment is cash on delivery or bank transfer are made only by bank transfer, Refunds of orders whose chosen payment method is credit card or paypal are only made by reversing payment to the card or paypal account. 8) Guarantee:
8.1) Each product has a warranty of 24 months from the date of purchase.
8.2) No damage can be requested to CARYNA, for any delays in carrying out repairs or replacements.
